About SMS
Funding |
Primary SMS funding is provided by the Iowa Department of Transportation. Additional supporters partner with SMS to fund and provide other resources for approved projects. Project proposals may be submitted to the SMS chairman or coordinator at any time. The SMS membership generally considers applications for funding each spring and fall.
